People say they eat a bar for breakfast... like a granola bar? Lol sorry if ridiculous, but someone said they put it in coffee so it confused me. Maybe it's a biscotti?

Which people say that? Are they friends of yours or random people you find around somewhere? If someone said they put something in their coffee, did they mention if it melted or they are it like a donut?

Depending on the crowd you run with it could be Xanax, but my guess is they're referring to granola/protein/breakfast bars.
