What is your main meal, lunch or dinner?
I have gravitated to having lunch rather than dinner as the main meal of the day, even though culture, dinner is traditionally the big one. Dining out is less elaborate over lunch, and I would rather keep things simple and light toward the end of the day. What is your main meal?

Hi, all— Lost 20+ lb since November and then, in May, a plateau happened. i heard about MyFitnessPal and thought it might help re-motivate me. Started a trial about a week ago and so far, good.
