Hi, all—
Lost 20+ lb since November and then, in May, a plateau happened. i heard about MyFitnessPal and thought it might help re-motivate me. Started a trial about a week ago and so far, good. Putting more effort into being outdoors and staying fit, and I do feel better. Only thing is, losing these lb has made my clothes too big for me.

Getting too small for your clothing is a victory, of sorts. Keep up the great work!0
