Looking for positive advice
I’m always on the go and i don’t have time to grab a snack or make breakfast, I’m thinking on trying some shakes to keep me full throughout the day? If you drink shakes I would like you’re input on what shakes what for you?
I’m struggling to keep my calories down had a Dr. appointment she wants me to limit 1,800 a day it’s hard to break old habits i need advice for good meal plan? Any suggestions
