On the road a lot?

I’m always on the go and i don’t have time to grab a snack or make breakfast, I’m thinking on trying some shakes to keep me full throughout the day? If you drink shakes I would like you’re input on what shakes what for you?

    It really depends on your aims (ie losing weight, maintaining, bulking) and what you like. If I’ve got a mega early start and I know I won’t want to eat before I leave the house then I’ll sometimes make overnight Bircher muesli or protein pancakes (both can be snacked on the go). I don’t have many shakes but I have made them with oats, fruit, milk or Greek yoghurt and protein powder before; filling but not necessarily nutritionally balanced. And not that many cals. Could add peanut butter I guess for the cals and fats?
