Body shape after exercise
Over the last couple of years I’ve gradually started exercising, it started with horse riding and slowly increased to running. At the moment I’m hitting around 15000 steps daily. My question is: Will my body go back to its pre exercised shape (a bit soft, love handles and big thighs) if I were to stop or reduce exercise?…

I feeling very confused! How on earth do people eat a balanced diet without exceeding their protein daily amounts? Advice needed! Maintaining weight after low cals
I’ve been ‘dieting’ for three-ish Years now and more or less eat the same things everyday. I’ve recently come to see that this isn’t healthy but I’m unsure of how to proceed. I eat 1100 max calories per day, but ride horses and run about 3k everyday. My step count is usually 14/15k. My problem is that I’m not losing weight…
