I watched this video of a girl who really breaks down “speeding up your metabolism” and that there's no such pills or foods that can do this. So I really wanna know if green tea does or doesn’t aid weight loss? Also, does it significantly add to water weight? I drink 3-6 cups a day

Weighing scale help
I weighed my dumbbells on my scale and it measures those right. But is it possible that its still not accurately weighing me?

Do active rests count in exercise time?
I’ve started tabata style training, but between each 4 minute circuit is a one minute “active rest”. If I’m doing a 20 min workout from youtube and it overall has 4 minutes of break, do I deduct these four minutes from the 20?

Can you eat a chocolate bar everyday and still lose weight?
Just something I’ve really wanted to know: For example, if you eat a 250 calorie chocolate bar everyday single day, but still manage to overall be in a caloric deficit, can you still lose weight? Sound off below!

Things aren’t going well :(

Why are my insides grumbling?
I don’t become hungry, so I eat less than I should. I still feel satisfied though. But why are my insides making really loud noises? It doesn’t necessarily hurt, but it feels like gas is building up.

Counting calories for sweets
I was wondering: if, for example, I eat a cake with high sugar or fat content, but it still fits my calories and doesn't exceed it, would it still lead to bloating/weight gain over time?

Is it normal
My starting weight was 75 kgs and now I’m 59 kgs. My ultimate goal is 52 kgs. I lost 10 kgs super fast in about 2-3 months. But the last 6 kgs has been super slow, spread over 4-5 months. Is it normal to be this slow as I’m approaching my goal?
