Why are my insides grumbling?

I don’t become hungry, so I eat less than I should. I still feel satisfied though. But why are my insides making really loud noises? It doesn’t necessarily hurt, but it feels like gas is building up.

It could be what you’re eating ?

Have you swallowed any lions, tigers or bears? If not, my guess is a change in diet; some sort of adjustment. I'm no gastroenterologist though.

maybe you don't feel hungry but your body is telling you otherwise...

This would be my first guess - a disconnect between physical and mental hunger.

Have you recently increased fiber intake? If yes... then that "could" explain some of it.

    This could be a possibility.

also possible since I’ve been snacking on a fig or two every day.

Happened to me the other day. Looked at my macros and I went from my usual 25 grams of fiber to 39 grams that day (all grains, veggies, and fruits). My stomach sounded like a monster. 🤣
