I don’t know, I’m just wondering if its a possibility??? One of my other scales isn’t working properly and it sometimes reads the same as my proper one and sometimes its totally off. I actually have tried weighing with and without the dumbbells and it’s accurate.

@Aerohead21 is it fine if I ask why they want you at the higher end? I guess I can somewhat relate. Though BMI should not be an indicator of health, I personally would prefer to stick to the lower end of the healthy range. But know that I don’t rely on bmi at all!

I personally considered it a plateau because I went from losing 1 kgs a week to 1 kg a month. It was super slow! I guess I’m trying to say that my body has become accustomed to my current diet. So should I shock it into a faster weight loss process with more deficit?
