Why are my insides grumbling?

I don’t become hungry, so I eat less than I should. I still feel satisfied though. But why are my insides making really loud noises? It doesn’t necessarily hurt, but it feels like gas is building up.

Have you swallowed any lions, tigers or bears? If not, my guess is a change in diet; some sort of adjustment. I'm no gastroenterologist though.2

Have you recently increased fiber intake? If yes... then that "could" explain some of it.1

also possible since I’ve been snacking on a fig or two every day.0 -
Happened to me the other day. Looked at my macros and I went from my usual 25 grams of fiber to 39 grams that day (all grains, veggies, and fruits). My stomach sounded like a monster. 🤣0
