What were your 2020 fitness goals and have you been achieving them?

Now that its May (can you believe it?!), think about your goals you set for 2020 and whether or not you have been achieving them.

Myself personally, I wanted to workout more regularly and push through my plateau. It sounds like nothing, but I have lost 4 more kgs since the start of the year. Its very slow because I’m now 5 kg from my goal. How about you guys?

    Goal weight- 115lbs I’m 118lbs on a good day so far.

    Yeah time flew. I should be at goal by now.

    Yea getting there. Recomping now, might decide lean out a bit before I bulk in the fall.

    Doing Morning Meltdown 100 start to finish- no skipping workouts. So far I’m on day 30 👍🏻👍🏻
