Healthy snacks?
My diet consists of homemade chicken salads pretty much! This steroid (medical prescribed) not the gym steroids .. lol makes it so hard to lose weight. Already lost 8 pds or so with this diet. But always crave snacks at night. Any healthy snack ideas other then veggies.....?

Can not eating enough make you gain weight?
Listen I know this sounds like a stupid question but I've been going pretty low under the amount of calories I consume in a day... and wondering if that's even healthy at all?
