Finally lost 5pds in 2 weeks simply by not eating carbs or sugar. Just been making salads with chicken on them and it's been great. Seeing results really make it worth it...plus after a couple weeks of eating right... you start to like it and not crave anything else! Giving everyone hope! I'm on meds that make me gain weight and I still lost weight just from eating right! #dietiseverything
