Packet calories
So I have a packet of sea bream fillets where the calories are listed “as pan fried”. So 220 calories per fillet “as pan fried”. I guess this includes oil? I'd love to make some friends who are in my boat! I'm 5 feet and 5 inches, so I'm considered morbidly obese for my size. I'm…
