Packet calories

So I have a packet of sea bream fillets where the calories are listed “as pan fried”. So 220 calories per fillet “as pan fried”. I guess this includes oil? I wasn’t going to pan fry them, does that change the calories?
I wish packets would just provide the calories for the product. So many seem to be “as prepared” or “as suggested serving”.

I hate nutritional info like that, pretty useless and vague!
You won't only have the issue of oil used to pan fry, but also the fact that fish loses moisture when fried (or otherwise cooked) which changes the calories per 100gr.
I would look up a database entry for raw sea bream fillets, the USDA database is useful to find a correct entry. And then log the raw weight.1
