How do you prevent yourself from snacking when you are bored?
Does your mind ever keep you up at night? It refuses to shut down and allow your body to rest. A variety of random thoughts floating through your mind... so vivid, so colorful, so loud. How do you turn it off? What helps you to sleep at night?
My first day was a success. I had an exhausting workout this morning. I stayed under my calorie limit. I aim to stop eating after 7pm and try my best to be in bed by 10pm.
