My first day was a success. I had an exhausting workout this morning. I stayed under my calorie limit. I aim to stop eating after 7pm and try my best to be in bed by 10pm. Not staying up too late will be my biggest challenge! At least I quit caffeine... that's a huge accomplishment! Good luck to all of you on accomplishing your physical and mental health goals!

    Having a short term goal helps me to stay motivated. If I stay on track, I should reach my goal weight or be close to it at the end of 90 days. After that... I'll set up a new short term goal to lose the last few pounds or maintain my weight :)

    Congratulations on having the foresight to stop the weight gain before it got worse. Many of us wish we had.
