Does anyone have a word that gives them a bad feeling? I'm not referring to atrocious use of the language. I'm wondering if some words give otherwise disconcerting feelings. Maybe moist or proboscis. I have a feeling @motorsheen will say 'stop' bothers him.

Little things you hope for
So, not grandiose and altruistic necessarily, but the small stuff. I would hope that my girls begin to appreciate some of the female artists I appreciate: Goldfrapp, Bjork, Kate Bush, Tori Amos, even Kylie or Liz Phair.

Aside from the obvious ones for survival, which one tickles your fancy? We all know hydrogen and oxygen float your boats. Just a flash in my mind, I'd go with Iridium. What's yours?

Certain birds, ocean waves, cheeks clapping, babbling brooks, the Aurora Borealis or Aurora Australis? Aside from the obvious being my kids having fun or showing off their skills I would say a marsh near a forest waking up at dawn, a flat-6 accelerating out of a corner or a jet engine. How about you?

Let's talk about our cars!
I have an Elantra. It's not sporty, but it carries myself and children safely and in comfort. It connects to my phone. I just wish it had an assistant for a week to rip my 800 CDs to my phone. I do feel the sportscar bug seeing and hear them on the road though. Then I feel guilty about the trusty Elantra.

Who loves 'em, who hates 'em, who's having them? Bearded bard poems. Grooming tips, etc. I may need help to some degree. I want to continue to grow it out, but don't want to look completely homeless. I also don't want to become homeless grooming it whilst I should be working.
