How do you make friends and support groups on this because I haven't had any luck with neither? LOL
Back on after taking a break for a while. Looking to track and clean up my intake. Would like to loose 30lbs within the next 4-6months. Looking forward to making some online friends with the same goals in mind.
Had stopped tracking my eating and fell back into old habits with not much workouts during all crazy worldly events. Easy to let it get you down. If anyones in the same boat with me add me to your friends and lets help get motivated and get back on track and feeling positive.
Logging food has really helped me in the past 6 weeks I am down 15.5lbs, feeling much better and more confident that I can hit my goal just by logging my calories and walking. If your in the same boat as me share the journey and become my friend so we can help one another get healthy!
