Yesterday was not a good day
The day before, I was about 900 calories. I did two stationary bike rides and lifted weights, so I was not under eating. Yesterday, I did not exercise. I wanted something sweet and I was hungry. Ate two large bowls of Cap'n Crunch. I didn't get enough water in for the day. Up two pounds. Oh well. Not going to beat myself…

Alcohol free and losing weight
Today is 22 days no alcohol. Started treadmill 30-45 minutes and lifting weights slowly. So far, down 7.2 pounds. It has been years since I have gone so long without consuming mass amounts of wine and/or other spirits. I think this time will be different. Discovering my new normal has been a challenge. but so far, so good.…

Just getting started
Started July 29, 2020. Top weight a few months ago was 230.00. Today I am at 220.2. Day 3 without alcohol. So I have multiple goals here. So far, getting to sleep is a bit of a challenge, but last night was not too bad. Walked 1 mile to burn118 calories yesterday for the first time. I found that a Carnation Instant…
