Lockdown Stress
I got this feeling already. I’m trying to keep myself busy and for more than 2 weeks I never fail to do my treadmill workout every afternoon. I lose 7 lbs since. I can’t see much of a difference though they say I kinda look haggard. I hope 🤞 everything will be back to normal soon. God bless us all ! ❤️

What’s your daily workout?
I tried to burn 500 calories each day on my treadmill but still my left foot 🦶 hurt. I hope tomorrow I’ll be in tip top shape to reach my daily cals target. ☺️

How to prevent yo yo effect?
I’m happy with my weight right now but I’m afraid I’ll gain all the pounds back again . Any more tips to avoid it? I really eat small portion just not to gain fat . It’s very hard . So I hope you guys can help me with other ideas to maintain. Thanks!
