What’s your daily workout?

I tried to burn 500 calories each day on my treadmill but still my left foot 🦶 hurt. I hope tomorrow I’ll be in tip top shape to reach my daily 0naizwfod4sp.jpeg

    I don't track a daily calorie burn target. Bodyweight training calisthenics combined with intermittent weight training and 2-3 days a week of cardio. Cardio off days I take a longer walk.

    Lots of people like videos. I prefer to watch videos for ideas and exercises and incorporate them if I feel they good form and helpful.
