Calories in Pad Thai?
I had almost 4800kj left today (fasting ATM), so I thought I'd treat myself to a pad Thai (didn't check calories in advance, because I thought there was no way it could be over). But when I tried to put the calories in, I was finding results up to 5480kj! It was just a standard rectangular takeaway container?

Daily calorie limit didn't adjust as weight we t down?
When I started MFP I was given 7500kj a day. Since then I've lost 17kg. The last month or so my weight stopped going down, so I calculated my calorie needs on another site, and turns out I've been overeating for my current weight (so no weight loss). Eating post workout?
Didn't get to the gym until almost midnight tonight, did a mix of cardio and weights. I've heard you need to eat post workout, but I don't really want to eat this late, plus I don't have any calories left in the day. Is there a negative caused by not eating? Thanks :)

Calories in average kebab?
I really, really want a kebab, but don't want to go over my calories. The MFP kebab entries all seem to be very low, so I checked Google and apparently there's 4000(!) calories in a kebab. What is a true average?

Caloies in lamb kavurma?
Lamb kavurma was on special at the butchers so I bought some, but now I can't find the calories for that cut of meat. It's just tiny dices of lamb with fatty bits. The only calorie info I can find is for prepared dishes. Thanks!

MFP is telling me to eat 9500kj a day???
This seems a bit crazy to me? I tried contacting MFP to see if this was accurate, but the response I got was "I'm not a doctor". I'm a 26 yo female, 165cm, 132kg. Trying to lose weight so I don't die of a stroke.
