Mfp gave me a daily goal of 1400 cals to lose weight. I think I’m not sure but I think I burn about 60-100 cals in each workout session. I workout 6 days a week. Sorry, this may be a silly question but I just wanna know this. Do you add back the exercise cals for the tdee you get from online?
