Gone off coffee?
I don't know why but I can't stand drinking coffee anymore. I used to drink 6 cups a day. And now every cup I try to drink I hate. Anyone else found that. Could it be hormones? I need to figure out what to eat instead.. life has significantly changed. And now I am put on weight.🥺

I am not sure if it is me being dilusional or hormone changes but its looking like my body is telling me to eat less. Would love some fellow 50 years olds to be journeying with me. So we're could learn how to change gracefully?
