MFP Web App Still Broken
I see the MFP web app is still broken. I have over 700 extra calories just from sleeping to burn. Wonder if it will ever be fixed.

So I log into the desktop app and it shows almost double my calories remaining. It shows I 1619 exercise calories to burn. The only problem is today is my day off and I should have my regular calories allotment. The phone app is right on the money.

What a great workout this morning. Every song was right on the mark. 65 minutes on the treadmill, then 30 minutes of weights. Walked out of the gym feeling like a champion. Have a plan, don't be afraid to fail. Let no one or nothing stand in your way of reaching your goals and dreams.

I can't feel my legs
I can't feel my legs. 65 minutes on the treadmill. Then 40 minutes on weights. Calves, quads and butt complete. Working on reaching the 200ish lbs weight goal. Got to keep grinding and working on me. Keeping grinding and never ever give up no matter what.

Saturday Motivation...
65 minutes on the elliptical. Then 30 minutes or so on the weights. Got to keep pushing, sacrificing to reach my goals. Work hard and stay strong for there is light at the end of the tunnel. Work harder than everyone else. Work your butt off, chase your dreams and never ever give up no matter what.

Also pushed some reps till failure... this all made for a good work out. Definitely felt the burn. When it starts burning that's when you start counting.…
