My Arms Are Shaking

65 minutes on the elliptical and then 35 minutes of the weights. Worked my arms, upper back and traps. Worked them so hard my arms are shaking. Love the pump... working on a better version of me. You got to be willing to put in the time and effort. You go to be willing to work harder than the person standing next to you. Remember when you mind tells you are done you always got more to give. This is what makes you/me/us champions... Keep grinding and never ever give up no matter what.

    great mindset! I always do a few minutes more when Im "done". I always tell myself that's what separates the winners from the losers. good luck on your fitness journey.
