Saturday Motivation...

Saturday workout completed.60 plus minutes on the elliptical. Then hit my quads/calves for about 50 minutes. I smoked my legs. 5 sets of 15 reps on some exercises. Also pushed some reps till failure... this all made for a good work out. Definitely felt the burn. When it starts burning that's when you start counting. Warrior spirt...
