Craving bad foods
I was doing so well with my healthy eating and wasn't craving bad food at all, until I went to nandoes with my friends and they got me hooked on Halloumi fries! Ever sense then I've been craving all the bad food I can think of and eating Halloumi non stop, how do I get back to the way I was!? Any tips?

Does anyone stick to their recommendations?
Do must people stick to their recommended intake for vitamins etc? Does it help? How do you go about doing that? I get far too much vitamin A and vitamin C but not enough protein or iron etc

Has anyone been able to stick to their daily calories?
I have been using my fitness pal off and on for years and I gave never been able to stick to my daily calories. Is anyone else experiencing that problem? Does anyone have any tips? How did you make the app work for you?
