I have been browsing the web and have found no definitive answer the porridge I am eating is 371cals per 100g and the whole milk I use is 260cals per 400ml. So is it as simple as 371+ 260= 631 cals or will I loose some milk to evaporation or some thing else during in the cooking process? which would lower my calorie intake…
