Today is the day I do this and get serious! I lost a decent amount of weight in the past when I put my mind too it. 85lbs to be exact. Protein Bar?
I am trying to find a simple no bake protein bar. High protein 20g+ I am just trying to find a way to NOT spend money on Quest bars at work any more.

Food ideas
Trying to eat around 2,000 calories a day and get in around 225gr of protein. Looking for recommendations on foods to help achieve this. The carbs and fats intake I can manage but struggle with high protein foods. Thank you.

So here I go again... Was going great until the Rona hit then packed on about 40lb. Work way too many hours. Got to get back to the gym and log everything. New smart watch to track steps workouts etc. I got this! Just cant sort out how to drag Samsung Health data over to MFP for easier logging. Anyways! Lets get busy…
