Trying to eat around 2,000 calories a day and get in around 225gr of protein.

Looking for recommendations on foods to help achieve this. The carbs and fats intake I can manage but struggle with high protein foods.

Thank you.

I recently learned about quark which can be used as a mayo substitute and is very high protein per serving (considering serving size and calories). I struggle with getting enough protein in general just based on my personal food preferences, so I also include optimum nutrition whey protein as needed to help.

Quark with a scoop of whey is my staple bedtime meal, low in calories and very high protein content
