I am trying to find a simple no bake protein bar. High protein 20g+ I am just trying to find a way to NOT spend money on Quest bars at work any more.

Thanks. I was just going to run into town and buy a box of Quest Birthday Cake bars. Not necessary. I'll just eat a salad and make some at home.
