Too much carbs and low protein
I'm really skinny guy with BMI at 16.4 , I want to gain weight and I'm having a 2800 calories per day. But everyday when I track my foods my carbs are at 380g and protein is just 50g or so. Sleep at regular time a factor to gain weight ?
I follow an app for calories intake. I make a calorie surplus of 600-700. I sleep for 8 hours daily but the sleep time is not regular, for instance today I might sleep at 3 am, the next day at 1 am, next day at 4 am. Will it effect my weight gain directly ? Is calories the main factor for weight gain?
Most of the fitness people I ask for advice say to me that I should eat more calories.
