Slimming world or My Fitness Pal......HELP
Hello... My name is Wayne, I'm 6ft 2in tall and nearly weigh 36 stone. Old boy here, I'm 53 years old. Really struggled with my weight for over 20 years. Breakfast....What do you have ??
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day (not 100% sure ๐) but anyway..what do you have. Don't bother or do you bulk up and make it last till dinner or even tea time. High in carbs or protein or mixed. Just want to get some ideas and see if there's something else out there that I've overlooked and neverโฆ

Hello there....Hope your all doing good ๐๐ Is it me or are boiled eggs AMAZING.... Started having 2 or 3 boiled eggs for my breakfast and a coffee ๐. The eggs just seem to fill me up so much, for at least 4 or 5 hours. I thought oats where filling but eggs are brilliant. To say there just a little food (in size) they doโฆ

Hello there... You know when it's a hot dinner or even Sunday dinner 9 out of 10 times mash potato's are involved. So how much is a reasonable portion ? What do you put in your mash ? Do you have an alternative to mash ? Cheers Wayne

Hello there....hope you are all doing great ๐๐ Right, 35 stone I weigh and 6ft 2in tall. Am I starving myself ???? Personally I feel OK inside and I do sometimes have a couple of hundred calories left over by the end of the day. BUT am I doing any underlying damage. Basically am I starving myself and not really noticing.โฆ

Protein powder ... Yes or No
Hello there.. Did some reading up on protein powder, whether or not to incorporate into my diet. My thinking is when I take protein packed foods eggs, mackerel, Greek yoghurt etc. Seem to keep me fuller for longer. So would having say 250ml-400ml of semi skimmed milk and some protein powder have the same affect ??? Make itโฆ

I'm big....35 stone (490 pounds)
Hello....only me Standing 6ft 2in (187cm) and 35 stone (490 pounds). You can imagine my body, but anyway. I'm working not bed or housebound. I do get out of breathe, which is understandable. What sort of exercise would you recommended. I do walk but need to do more of it, I know. Just some helpful advice would be great.โฆ

Snacks...We all like a snack.
Driving on the road for my job, those miles that pass me by....I get bored ! And if I smoked then I would be lighting up a cigarette...But I don't. So snacking seems to be next best thing. What do you snack on, through out the day. Thanks.

Don't like water ....?
Hello there. Not to keen on normal tap water. Just wondering if adding "No added sugar" dilute orange squash to my water to give it better a better taste is OK ??? Thanks.
