Easy meals/snacks
G'day all. I am a police telecommunications supervisor that works 12 hour shifts, chained to a console in a tiny room with a fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Hi everyone! I decided to download mfp and try to lose 20ish pounds. I lost 90 on WW making goal about a year ago. I've decided need a new goal. I'm hoping to focus on a good workout scheduleand tone a bit. As I've only gained 7 of the 90 back. Hope this helps keep me from eating pizza 3 days a week...lol
