Hi everyone! I'm Melissa. 45 y/o female. I lost 90 pounds a couple years ago and have gained back 30 since beginning of pandemic. For the past 9 months, I've been doing exactly what I did to lose the initial 90 (WW) with no real success. I keep losing and gaining the same 3 to 5 pounds. I think it may be age and hormone related so I've recently introduced working out to the mix to see if that helps. I work 12 hour shifts and on the days I work, I only eat while I'm at work because I'm too exhausted when I get home. I'd like to find mates that are similar in experience and daily life to exchange ideas on meals and snacks and check in with.
