What do you do about leftovers do you go back and edit your diary with an estimate of how much went in the bin/dog/boyfriend? Do you just count the calories anyway and hope it gives you an extra deficit? Or are you one of these people who always clears their plate or wants seconds?

Can you log kettlebell workouts anywhere on MFP?
I can only find log entries for dumbbell barbell or machines? With my gym closed since March and no sign of being able to reopen soon safely i only have kettlebells at home. Space and money mean I can't afford to change just to make MFP easier to record.

Been doing this for 3 weeks now and tracking everything. On the minimum 1200cal and running 5k per day not really hungry but also not losing any weight. Not even a pound.
