Keep on rucking

I have an hour lunchbreak exactly and most days do a 3 mile 300ft climb loop from my house to town and back. Takes about 50 min if I walk more like 30 min if I run but I don't always like to run as dont like sitting sweaty at my desk all afternoon and dont have time to change and shower. As I can't feasibly increase my time or distance or speed, I plan on going old school and start carrying a weighted rucksack, or rucking on my yomps to burn more calories but how do I log this, especially as my tracker will only pick up steps and speed which will probably drop a little each time I increase the load. How can I record this on mfp so I don't under or overestimate the calories burned?

If you use this calculator you could put in the combined weight of yourself and your load.

You want the net calorie option if using MFP's method of eating back exercise calories.1
