Has anyone done a test for their resting metabolic rate and how has it informed their goals? I'm getting an RMR test in a week and I wonder how it will help me achieve my goals. Any ideas or thoughts on it would be appreciated.

Small cutlery
Can anyone speak to how small cutlery has helped? I've ordered some and I think it will help. But I'm getting on relatively well with my regular cutlery and chewing more, drinking between each bite, trying to taste the flavor of my food.

Each morning I go out for a power walk around the neighborhood. According to MyFitnessPal I am only burning about 167 calories?
