Hey everyone
Thanks for stopping in to read my post. I'm looking for a partnership to support each other virtually (Zoom or other; camera on or off). Essentially we met regularly to encourage each other on. This is my upteenth time trying to diet and exercise successfully for the rest of my days. I'm working with medweight.ca and MyFitnessPal to achieve this goal. If you're interested please drop me a line.

Hello, I'm a retired nurse who's looking for accountability-partner/buddy. In 2022, I lost a total of 38 pounds w/ a medical weight loss program but have been trying to lose & keep another 10-15 off since. I know that tracking would be hugely helpful but I cannot seem to make myself do it.
First, I's like to share meal tracking reports with a buddy to, at least, help develop a habit of tracking. We can start with just that and progress to helping each other stick to our meals plans or do both at the same time.
In my dreams, we would also share fitness/activity trackers &/or an electronic scale results as well. I'm fine working with someone who's looking for gentle or stronger buddy encouragement. In envision working with a female but a male might be OK.0 -
I am just starting MFP again. I am at my highest weight ever, 66 years old and still working. I have recently gained a lot of weight for no reason and I have not had success in trying to lose. Yesterday was day 1 and I did well. Today is day 2 and having a little trouble but sticking with the plan so far.0

hi Kris
I'm intersex so the best of both worlds, I have the plumbing of a man but characteristics of a woman. Would you like to meet on here? I've emailed you through MFP to discuss further. I'm cool with helping you work on your tracking first and we can work from there.0
