How often are you working out and for what time periods?
I work out 4 days a week - Sat and Sun mornings I work out for 2 hours. After work on Mon and Wed I work out for 1hour 15minutes. I have a busy schedule, so this works for now, and I've just started, so this will probably increase in a few weeks.

Bone broth question...
A new place near my home popped up that serves bone broth. I've heard of it, tried to understand why people would drink it, but I kinda wanted to know if anyone out there has tried it and is it something you do often? Do you use it to replace meals or snacks?

Can anyone help me cut carbs and add protein?
I'm new on this app. Today is day 4. So far, most of my calories are from carbs, not protein. I'd really appreciate any ideas on how to switch this.
