Can anyone help me cut carbs and add protein?

I'm new on this app. Today is day 4. So far, most of my calories are from carbs, not protein. I'd really appreciate any ideas on how to switch this.

    Unless you have medical issues, eating low carb isn't necessary for weight loss.

    Are you meeting protein goals? If you desire, you can tweak your macros, to increase protein some and lower carbs some. The rest of your calories should come from fat.

    Eat more.eggs yoghurt chicken meat etc

    Cottage cheese is another good high protein source to add to what elfin gave you.

    But, as already stated, you don’t need to reduce carbs to lose weight. You just need to eat in a deficit. For some people, high carb isn’t satiating and if you find that to be the case, then you should look to swap out some of the carbs with protein and/or fats
