Hi. I started up again a month ago after a 7 year absence. Last week I had my doctor appt (3 1/2 weeks tallied). Great healthy hot chocolate idea
I love adding hot chocolate to my coffee but it is so high in calories and sugar. Here is a couple ideas I had that work really well.
