Weight loss 60#
Dr just lowered insulin again to 25units from high of 80 in January!
I've been discouraged lately because weight loss has slowed down. Still plugging away and staying within goal limits about 6 days a week.
Praise God that I am over half way to achieving my goal weight. I had just hoped that it would have been faster.
I receive encouragement from the few people that I trust that slow and steady makes for long term success.
I'm donating my fat pants to the thrift store.
I think I'll hold onto one pair as encouragement.
Best wishes to all my fellow 'losers,' as only those on this trek would understand!

That’s two full sized Hershey bars a day.
An apple and two big navel oranges per week.
A family pack of chicken every six weeks.
A honking big tub of cat litter every four months.
Your blood sugar is down. You can now casually talk about “fat pants”. (There were years when I certainly couldn’t.)
