Quick snap shot of what I have been doing daily. My goal is to lose 65 lbs by my 40th Birthday in August 2022. Started January 25th 2021 1.Tracking my calories daily to lose 1-2 lbs a week. 2.Have cut out alcohol from my diet (Drank twice in 2 months) I think 1-2 times a month tops is my goal moving forward if not less.…
