As a new member, after logging my food intake I realize nuts and fruits are high in fats, carbs and sugars I’m thinking 🤔 should I curtail my nuts and fruit intake when they are nature’s delights?? What do you recommend?

Decided to get an app to better manage food, nutrition and exercise. My Fitness Pal was highly recommended. Yesterday was day 1 with leg w/o and very sore today!! Guess that’s a good thing 🤩
