Best weight loss methods
So just got diagnosed prediabetic, gout, and rheumatoid arthritis in my feet. Having a lot of trouble being on them. Started eating healthy and “clean” (man is that *kitten* expensive) but looking for ways other then swimming that is light on the feet for getting more active, any suggestions?

Weight roller coaster?!?!?!
Wondering if anyone else’s weight fluctuates when first starting their diet and exercise. I am staying within my calorie limit, going to the gym 1 to 2 times a week, but feel like I’ve hit a plateau and not really losing much. Any thoughts or tips?
