Yes have set up MFP all the way, eating more fruits and vegetables with a lot less meat as well as cutting back carbs. Thanks for the insight brother 👍. Targeting about a pound a week for lbs to lose. I believe my calorie intake is about 1600 for my target weight which is 240. I’m currently about 300

You have a point there, I lost 11 pounds in about a week and a half so I guess I was expecting to continue that trend. Trying to aim high but not too high and be disappointed, working to find that middle ground I guess.

Correction on my bread it is keto white bread that is 40 calories per slice so my calories have been off since logging the bread as “normal” white bread. Have been monitoring my calories for about three weeks now, I’m going to the gym for about two weeks.

I am currently around 31-33% body fat. I am aiming for around 20-22%. And accounting for around 10 lbs of added muscle in the future which would put me around 250ish. Last weigh in was 300.2 lbs. going to be a long journey but definitely think I will get there through determination and hard work. Trying to get the wheels…

Dinner is by far the biggest meal for me. I add all my food into my diary and go off that. Hitting the gym about 2 days a week. That’s all my body can handle right now being so out of shape. Get sore for a couple days then go back. Have lost 9.2 pounds in about 3 weeks

300 lbs shooting for around 250 lbs 36 m. Protein shake for breakfast, 1 sandwich for lunch and usually chicken of some sort for dinner....

Protein absolutely, vegetables not so good, fat and fiber are on point

36 m 6’4 300 lbs. semi active have a ankle injury which puts a damper on activity for the moment. Food selection is pretty healthy no sugars around 2,250 calories a day. Trying to stay a bit under that daily. Any thoughts?
