High expectations and reachable goals

About a month into this body transformation, but a very long road ahead! Started @ 310 lbs looking to cut down to about 250ish lbs. looking for tips/tricks to get me there, any input would be helpful!

    But a food scale. Weigh and log everything. Hit your calorie target most of the time. Win.

    Staying on or under my calories, never thought of a food scale 🤔, only stepping on the weight scale 1 time a week lol. Thanks for the tips!
